Assassin

Assassin
๐Ÿ’ฅ GLASS CANNON

Shadow with electrified blades - always slippery, and at night activates Sulong for massive crits. A ranged-focused predator now.

How it plays

Permanent evasion instead of the Ranger's opening burst, plus the highest proc rate in the game on Electro. An Assassin is not trying to out-trade anyone - it is trying to make a third of the incoming attacks miss and a third of the enemy's turns not happen. Sulong turns night fights into a different class entirely, and "night" is a fixed window: 20:00 to 06:00 in your character's own timezone, so an Assassin played in the evening is a measurably stronger character than the same one played at noon.

Passive

Shadow +10% dodge chance, permanently active.

Skills

Electro ยท Lv 10

Chance to disable - the enemy may lose a turn.

Sulong ยท Lv 25

Between 20:00 and 06:00 (your timezone), increases crit chance.

Stat priority

  1. 1. AGI (damage + dodge + HP)
  2. 2. LUCK (crits + Sulong)
  3. 3. END (HP)

Why those stats

Agility, and it is not close: damage, dodge and health from one stat, with the game's highest dodge ceiling to spend it against. Luck second because Sulong scales off it. Endurance last and grudgingly.

The common mistake

Treating dodge as reliable. It is a coin flip weighted in your favour, not a defence, and the variance is brutal in a single decisive fight. Assassins that lose usually lost to two unlucky rounds in a row, and the answer is enough health to survive them, not more evasion.
